Standard Fees:

Application Fee: $50 per applicant

Administrative Fee: $195

Deposits: $150 - 1 month's rent depending on credit

Optional Add-Ons:

Pet Fee (One-Time): $300 for 1st pet, $150 for 2nd pet

Pet Rent (Monthly): $30 for 1st pet, $15 for 2nd pet

Reserved Parking Fee (Monthly): $100 for detached garage
